[Halloween outdoor big Party 2015 in Gangjin]

 

 

TICKETS 

 

The 20,000 won price of admission includes a complimentary dinner / supper, so please save your ticket. Also included and limited to the first 80 guests who sign-up is a free sightseeing tour provided by the festival. Admission also provides access to an indoor communal sleeping or tent areas.

 

FOOD

 

Included with the price of admission is a complimentary dinner / supper for the evening of October 31st. Please save your food ticket. Guests will have the option of a BBQ or vegetarian plate plus 2 beers (on tap). Additional food and drink booths will also be on-site. Guests can also pick up snacks from convenience stores near the festival site.

 

FREE SIGHTSEEING TOUR

 

Tour buses with space for 80 guests will depart from the festival site on Saturday October 31st at 10:00AM. Seating is limited so make sure to register early. This can be a great opportunity to briefly explore the Gangjin-gun and surrounding areas. For this portion of the event, lunch will not be provided but a stop will be made to have lunch at a restaurant. 

 

COMMUNAL SLEEPING AREA / TENT CAMPING 

 

A total of 20 tents (pre-assembled) and an indoor communal sleeping area will be available on-site. The communal sleeping area consists of 2 spacious rooms, each designated for males and females (apologies to those who do not go by any particular label). Blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Tents will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Married couples are highly encouraged to take advantage of the tent area as a lodging option.

 

If camping or a communcal sleeping area is not your thing, don't worry. Nearby motels are available for those who require more space or privacy. The cost of lodging outside the festival grounds is not covered by the price of admission. Lodging outside of the festival grounds is a guest's sole financial

responsibility.

 

GAMES & FUN

 

In addition to live musical perfomances, the festival will also host a pumpking carving contest, bobbing for apples activity, candy relay game, and a halloween costume contest. We will provide the pumpkings, apples and candy. All you need to do is bring your energy to the table and sign-up. 

 

ESSENTIALS 

 

Plenty of washrooms / bathrooms on-site. Shower facilities are available inside the indoor communal sleeping area. A dressing booth will be provided for those entering the costume contest. The festival grounds is accessible friendly to all guests.

PARKING

 

Parking will be available for guests who drive to the festival.

Directions by bus: 

-Take an express bus from Jeonju (or your departing city) to Gwanju located in Jeollanam-do.

-From Gwanju, take an intercity bus to Gangjin.

-Once you arrive in Gangjin, walk or take a taxi to the festival site.

 

 

 

Keep in mind, there is a difference between an express bus and an intercity bus.
